Following the tradition of folk healers before us, we compose and blend our own herbal tea blends, right here in the store. Got one of their newer roll on perfumes, I’m currently in Africa now doing lots of field work constantly dirty and sweating but I’ve gotten so many compliments from my field work partners about me smelling good because I have been using the perfume. Crazy how well it sticks and how good it smells even when I’m incredibly sweaty and dirty. (OSU student)

I’ve been sicker than I have ever been lately. I’m on my second run of Strep this month, which triggered bronchitis, which then triggered my asthma. Most of my colds turn into asthma problems for me, but it’s been extra bad this time around. After days of fighting through asthma attacks and having trouble breathing, I decided to look beyond the typical OTC medications. My husband went shopping at Phoenix Herb for me and followed the suggestions of the employee. He purchased their breathe deep tea, mullein blend supplement tincture, and Dr. Tierra’s wild cherry bark syrup. As soon as I used these products, I had nearly immediate relief from coughing. It’s been about 24 hours now, and I’m in much better shape than I was yesterday morning. 5 stars for this business and their knowledge. I can’t even explain the positive difference this is going to make in my life, presently and in the future. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

I had a wonderful first time experience. The ladies were wonderful. The reason for the 3 stars. They email the receipts. Once I got home & checked my emails. I notice they charged me $.25 for the bag & 1.50 for using a card. This was not mention at the time of sale. Disappointed at the least. The entire time I was in there. I was letting them know how I would come here vs online. I'm not sure if I would return or not because I'm big on TRUST & I felt like is was broken due to the hidden fees. I still would have purchased if it was mention. Mixed feelings now

The Phoenix Herb shop has phenomenal customer service and knowledge of herbs to help aide the body to heal itself. The items I purchased for my mother we saw results in three days. I will shop there again. Keep on being a blessing to help aide in healing of the body.
